Carriers & addresses
Deliveries are carried out by La Poste - Colissimo for France or TNT express for International shippings (European Union countries and United States).
The order is shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer; being specified that it must be the address of the customer's residence, an individual of their choice or a legal entity (delivery to their company). Deliveries cannot be made either to hotels or P.O. boxes. Customers must make sure that they have provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (including in particular: house number/name, building number/name, staircase, access codes, names and/or numbers for the intercom, etc.).
Costs & delivery time
Prices applicable to the order are those indicated on the Website at the time of the order.
- European Union : 10€
- Worldwide : 25€
Orders are shipped within a maximum of 7 working days for a delivery to European countries and 10 working days for an International delivery, from the date after the confirmation of the order. Nevertheless, the period may be extended up to 7 working days, especially after the launch of a new collection and during peak periods, considering the significant increase of the orders volume (ex: Christmas time.....).
Any non-professional customer could use its withdrawal right during a period of 14 days from the delivery.
In such case, the customer shall contact MOHME PARIS at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The return request will be confirmed by MOHME PARIS to the customer by email. The customer shall follow the procedure mentioned into the confirmation of the email. The products shall be returned to MOHME PARIS within 14 days from the day of the Delivery. After 14 days, the sale is final.
The products shall be returned with its original packaging, with the original labels, brand new, without having used it or washed it. Return of the product(s) is the responsibility and at the charges of the customer. They can choose their courier (nonetheless, MOHME Paris should be able to track this order to avoid any lost parcel which might lead to a non-refund decision).

Refund of the customer is made subject to the receipt of the products returned to MOHME PARIS in its excellent condition. If the product delivered is damaged or different from the product ordered and if the customer does not adhere to these terms and conditions, including conditions of return or exchange, MOHME PARIS cannot proceed to refund the products in question. Except as otherwise indicated by the customer, repayment will be made throught the same payment means used to pay the order. Payment will be made maximum 14 days after receiving the order back. Return of the product(s) is the responsibility and at the charges of the customer. They can choose their courier (nonetheless, MOHME Paris should be able to track this order to avoid any lost parcel which might lead to a non-refund decision).
In case of exchange the customer shall contact MOHME PARIS at email@example.com to discuss the procedure.

For all orders placed on our website, you will receive a tracking number which will allow you to follow the status of your order :

If you are not home…
In case of inability to deliver the products at the address indicated by the customer, products will be returned to MOHME PARIS, which will contact the customer to organize another Delivery.
Damaged or lost packages
If you have received a damaged package or not received your package more than 10 days after shipment, please contact us. We will contact the forwarder and let you know what we find out.
