PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Website, we automatically collect some information about your device (is it a phone, a computer...?) and operating system (android, apple...), including information about your source(s) (if you connect directly to the website address or from a search engine (google, Baidu, yahoo...) or from an app (social networks Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest...) or from a referral page...), web browser (wether you use Safari, Chrome,...), IP address, time zone (location), and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Commerce-checkout-state/ Session/ Stores state of checkout while the visitor is completing their order in PayPal
squarespace-popup-overlay/ Persistent/ Prevents the Promotional Pop-Up from displaying if a visitor dismisses it
squarespace-announcement-bar/ Persistent/ Prevents the Announcement Bar from displaying if a visitor dismisses it
Test/ Session/ Investigates if the browser supports cookies and prevents errors.

Squarespace uses analytics and performance cookies that allow us to collect information on your behalf about how visitors interact with the Website.

- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Website, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Website.
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Website, we collect certain information from you, items purchased, coupon usage, amounts of the bill and including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
Concerning payment data, MOHME Paris does not receive any datas, they are directly communicated to the secure platform STRIPE (which is Level 1 certified PCI/DSS payment solution) and used by them. "STRIPE shares personal datas as we believe necessary: (i) to comply with applicable law, or payment method rules; (ii) to enforce our contractual rights; (iii) to protect the rights, privacy, safety and property of Stripe, you or others; and (iv) to respond to requests from courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies, and other public and government authorities, which may include authorities outside your country of residence."
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Website (including arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you, screen your orders and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Website (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Website, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Squarespace and STRIPE to power our online store. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
